Periodically, it is a good idea to take a personal inventory on how your wellness journey is going. We often get hung up on smaller failures and overlook some of the things that we do that are contributing to our wellness. Below I have comprised a small inventory to get you to think more critically about how your life is going.
You can write these out in a journal form or just read over and think about it in your mind. Remember the things that are going right, as well as the things going wrong, and give weight to them appropriately. One wrong doesn’t take away from 100 things going right.
