Making Meaningful Changes
The Making Meaningful Changes Group is for people in the gathering resources and planning stage of change. The aim of this group is to help individuals gain the confidence and resources needed to start taking action on their change. Based around the trans-theoretical theory (The Stages of Change), this group is best done in tandem with the Creating a New Routine Course but can be adapted to those who are ready to make meaningful changes in life.
Cost of group: $40/ per person
Subscriber price: $30/ per person
Client price: $20/ per person
Schedule: Held 2 times weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 60 minutes
