Kia Ora, I’m Kath! I work and reside within the Northwest community of Auckland and hold an online presence with clients around Aotearoa and internationally. When I am not working as an RN or therapist, I am working towards my community project I intend to bring into fruition this year. I enjoy holding wellness circles for women, participate in self-development activities and getting out into nature. Personally, I have a special interest in spiritual alignment, empowerment of authenticity and breaking the self-imposed boundaries of societal norms to bring you closer to your true self. Professionally, I have been in the Health and Wellness industry for over 20 years and have a passion for trauma-informed holistic practice, community connection and emotional wellness! I am an extensively qualified Registered Nurse Specialist within Primary Health, Counsellor and certified Quantum healer, with additional Quals in Reiki, Health Sciences, Mental Health & Addictions.

I offer the options of Holistic Counselling, Coaching, Mentorship & Healing sessions to suit your needs and goals. I also hold groups, courses & circles specifically for Wahine.
