- About Me
(she/her)
I am grateful to live in the heart of the beautiful Taranaki region, under Taranaki Maunga. When I’m not counselling, I can often be found with my hands in the soil, baking treats, or spending time with my pets. Over the last few years I’ve worked in a vast array of health, community, and educational settings, and through these experiences I have enjoyed supporting a diverse range of people. Over this time I have developed special interests in sexual harm, healthy sexuality, faith/spirituality and trauma.
Hi, I am Jesscynta!
Nau mai, haere mai!
I understand the anxiety that can come with beginning therapy and my hope is to provide you with a safe, caring, and non-judgmental experience. I believe that like plants we all have similar but unique conditions to grow and flourish, and I hope to support you in exploring what these conditions are for you to create an environment that nurtures your wellbeing and growth.
