The Creating SMART Goals Group is an intensive group course for beginners wanting to make a life change. In this group we will talk about how to start this change. SMART Goals are; specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time sensitive. We will discuss your life change to help you create your own SMART Goals, identify potential triggers, and the resources you need to be successful. This is an open, safe, and supportive group. Because of the nature of the group, the group size will be limited to 6 participants. You will also be asked to complete some homework worksheets prior to the beginning of group to ensure you are ready to discuss with the group. This group is best done in tandem with the Creating a New Wellness Routine Course.
