Run by me, Claudia Smith, a UK-based nutrition and lifestyle medicine practitioner and positive psychology coach. I have overcome depression myself using an integrative and holistic approach, and now it’s my mission to help you achieve the same.
You can expect topics such as functional medicine, lifestyle interventions, self-compassion, dealing with difficult thoughts, growing self-esteem, positive psychology research and much more.
